Terms of Use

Service

Kept records your self-reported health information and clinician-agreed plan, and shows descriptive trends and reports. It does not prescribe doses or generate treatment plans. Trend bands and projections are reference rules and assumptions, not clinically validated predictions or diagnoses. Do not use the app to decide when or how much medication to take.

Free access and subscription

Kept offers one 21-day period of Pro access per device without requiring a subscription purchase. That period ends without a charge. Check-ins, dose logs and plan edits remain free; after the period ends, the app shows non-personalised ads until you subscribe. Subscribing during or after this period starts a paid auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play immediately; it is not a store introductory trial. The store shows the actual localized price and billing period before you confirm. Kept Pro removes the ads.

Renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple account or Google Play account at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless renewal is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or on Android through Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting Kept or erasing records does not cancel a subscription. On Android, Google Play’s terms of service apply to the purchase. Apple’s standard End User License Agreement applies: Apple EULA

Your records

You control your entries and backups. You may export JSON, restore a validated backup after confirming replacement, or delete records in the app. Keep a backup if you need your records after replacing or deleting the app. The app cannot delete copies already saved or shared outside it.

Kept는 직접 입력한 건강 정보와 담당 의사와 정한 계획을 기록하고 추세·리포트를 표시합니다. 용량을 처방하거나 치료 계획을 만들지 않습니다. 구간과 전망은 규칙과 가정에 따른 참고 정보이며 임상적으로 검증된 예측이나 진단이 아닙니다. 투여 시점이나 양을 결정하는 용도로 사용하지 마세요.

무료 이용과 구독

구독 구매 없이 기기당 한 번 21일 동안 Pro 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 기간이 끝나도 요금은 청구되지 않습니다. 체크인·투여 기록·계획 편집은 계속 무료이며, 기간이 끝나면 구독 전까지 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다. 기간 중 또는 이후에 구독하면 App Store 또는 Google Play를 통한 자동 갱신 유료 구독이 즉시 시작됩니다. 스토어의 무료 체험 상품이 아닙니다. 실제 현지 가격과 결제 주기는 구매 확인 전에 스토어에 표시됩니다. Kept Pro에서는 광고가 사라집니다.

갱신과 해지

구매 확인 시 Apple 계정 또는 Google Play 계정으로 요금이 청구됩니다. 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 갱신을 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다. iOS 설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독 또는 Android의 Google Play > 결제 및 정기 결제 > 정기 결제에서 관리·해지할 수 있습니다. 앱이나 기록을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다. Android 구매에는 Google Play 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다. Apple 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약이 적용됩니다: Apple EULA

기록과 문의

기록과 백업은 사용자가 관리합니다. JSON 내보내기, 교체 확인 후 검증된 백업 복원, 기록 삭제를 지원합니다. 앱 삭제·기기 교체 후 기록이 필요하면 백업을 보관하세요. 외부에 저장·공유한 사본은 앱에서 삭제할 수 없습니다. 제공자 GDLabs 문의: probees1492@gmail.com.

Keptは本人が入力した健康情報と主治医と決めた計画を記録し、推移とレポートを表示します。用量を処方したり、治療計画を作成したりしません。区間や見通しはルールと仮定による参考情報であり、臨床的に検証された予測や診断ではありません。投与時点や量の決定には使用しないでください。

無料利用と購読

購読を購入せずに、端末ごとに1回、21日間Pro機能を利用できます。終了しても料金は発生しません。チェックイン・投与記録・計画の編集は引き続き無料で、期間終了後は購読するまで非パーソナライズ広告を表示します。この期間中または終了後に購読すると、App StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じた自動更新の有料購読が直ちに始まります。ストアの無料トライアル商品ではありません。確認前にストアで現地価格と請求期間を表示します。Kept Proでは広告がなくなります。

更新と解約

購入確認時にAppleアカウントまたはGoogle Playアカウントへ請求します。現在の期間が終わる24時間前までに更新を解約しない限り、自動更新します。iOSの設定 > Apple Account > サブスクリプション、またはAndroidではGoogle Play > お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入で管理・解約できます。アプリや記録の削除では解約されません。Androidでの購入にはGoogle Playの利用規約が適用されます。Appleの標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約が適用されます: Apple EULA

記録と連絡先

記録とバックアップはご自身で管理してください。JSONの書き出し、置き換え確認後の検証済みバックアップの復元、記録の削除に対応します。アプリの削除や端末交換後も記録が必要な場合はバックアップを保管してください。外部に保存・共有したコピーはアプリから削除できません。提供者GDLabsへの連絡先: probees1492@gmail.com。
