Privacy Policy

Summary

Kept does not send your health records to GDLabs. Your profile, weight, appetite, food-noise scores, dose logs, notes and entered plan are stored in the app on your device. Kept has no user account, analytics or tracking. Ads shown without a Kept Pro subscription are described below.

Device storage and backups

Your device or computer backup may include app data depending on your Apple backup settings. Files you export to Files, iCloud Drive or another provider follow that provider’s storage and privacy settings. Kept does not operate a cloud backup service. Protect access to your device and exported files.

Trial and purchases

The trial-start time is retained in the iOS Keychain (on Android, in app-private secure storage) so reinstalling or erasing app records does not restart the 21-day device trial. This timestamp is not linked to a Kept account. Apple or Google Play processes subscriptions. Kept reads product and subscription status through StoreKit or Google Play Billing; GDLabs does not receive your payment details, Apple ID or Google account through this app.

Advertising

Without a Kept Pro subscription, once the trial has ended, the app shows non-personalised ads served by Google AdMob. The ads SDK may process device information such as IP address, device type and, where the platform provides one, an advertising identifier, to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, under Google’s advertising policy. Kept never passes your health records to the ads SDK and never requests app tracking permission. Where regulation requires it, a consent form is shown at first launch and your choices can be changed from More. Kept Pro shows no ads.

Reports, backups and restoration

PDF reports and JSON backups are created locally and shared only when you choose a destination. Temporary export files are removed after the share sheet closes, including cancellation. Restoring a backup requires selecting a file and confirming replacement of the device’s profile, logs and settings. The temporary imported copy is removed; the original file is not deleted.

Deleting records

You can clear individual check-in fields, delete a day’s check-in or a dose log, or erase the profile, logs, settings and app-owned temporary exports from More. Erasure does not remove externally saved or shared copies, device backups, the Keychain trial-start time, or cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. You control deletion of those external copies and subscription cancellation.

Insights

Today may show a short editorial card. The articles are bundled in the app; once a day the app may download an updated list from a static file on this site as a plain request with no account, identifier or health data attached. Nothing you enter is uploaded.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally with your permission. They may display on your lock screen according to your device settings. No push server is used.

Health information

Kept records information you enter and does not prescribe medication or create treatment plans. Trend rules and illustrative models are not clinically validated medical decisions. Follow your clinician’s instructions.

기기 저장과 백업

체험과 구매

재설치나 기록 삭제로 21일 기기 체험이 다시 시작되지 않도록 체험 시작 시각을 iOS 키체인(Android는 앱 전용 보안 저장소)에 보관합니다. Kept 계정과 연결되지 않습니다. 구독은 Apple 또는 Google Play가 처리하고 Kept는 StoreKit 또는 Google Play 결제로 상품·구독 상태를 읽습니다. GDLabs는 앱을 통해 결제 정보, Apple ID, Google 계정을 받지 않습니다.

광고

Kept Pro를 구독하지 않은 경우, 체험 기간이 끝나면 Google AdMob이 제공하는 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고 SDK는 광고 게재·측정과 부정 방지를 위해 IP 주소, 기기 종류, 플랫폼이 제공하는 경우 광고 식별자 등 기기 정보를 Google 광고 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다. Kept는 건강 기록을 광고 SDK에 전달하지 않으며 앱 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 법규가 요구하는 지역에서는 첫 실행 시 동의 화면이 표시되고 더보기에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. Kept Pro에는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

내보내기와 복원

PDF와 JSON 백업은 기기에서 생성되며 사용자가 공유 대상을 선택할 때만 전송됩니다. 취소를 포함해 공유 화면이 닫히면 임시 파일을 삭제합니다. 복원은 파일 선택 후 프로필·기록·설정 교체를 확인해야 진행됩니다. 가져온 임시 사본은 삭제하며 원본 파일은 지우지 않습니다.

기록 삭제

체크인 항목의 값을 비우거나 날짜별 체크인·투여 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 더보기의 모두 지우기는 앱의 프로필·기록·설정·임시 내보내기 파일을 삭제합니다. 외부 저장·공유 사본, 기기 백업, 키체인의 체험 시작 정보는 삭제하지 않으며 Apple 또는 Google Play 구독도 해지하지 않습니다. 외부 사본 삭제와 구독 해지는 사용자가 관리합니다.

인사이트

오늘 화면에 짧은 글 카드가 표시될 수 있습니다. 글은 앱에 포함되어 있으며, 하루 한 번 이 사이트의 정적 파일에서 최신 목록을 내려받을 수 있습니다. 이 요청에는 계정, 식별자, 건강 기록이 붙지 않으며 입력한 내용은 업로드되지 않습니다.

알림과 건강 정보

알림은 허용한 경우 기기에서 예약되며 기기 설정에 따라 잠금 화면에 표시될 수 있습니다. 푸시 서버는 없습니다. Kept는 투여량이나 치료 계획을 처방하지 않습니다. 추세 규칙과 참고 모델은 임상적으로 검증된 의료 판단이 아닙니다. 담당 의사의 지시를 따르세요.

端末とバックアップ

Appleの設定によっては、端末・コンピュータのバックアップにアプリデータが含まれます。ファイル、iCloud Driveなどへ書き出したファイルには、そのサービスの保存・プライバシー設定が適用されます。Kept独自のクラウドバックアップはありません。端末と書き出したファイルへのアクセスを管理してください。

体験と購入

再インストールや記録の消去で21日間の端末体験が再開されないよう、開始時刻をiOSキーチェーン（Androidではアプリ専用の安全な保存領域）に保持します。Keptアカウントとは関連付けません。購読はAppleまたはGoogle Playが処理し、KeptはStoreKitまたはGoogle Play課金で商品・購読状態を読み取ります。GDLabsはアプリから支払い情報、Apple ID、Googleアカウントを受け取りません。

広告

Kept Proを購読していない場合、体験期間の終了後にGoogle AdMobが配信する非パーソナライズ広告を表示します。広告SDKは、広告の配信・計測と不正防止のために、IPアドレス、端末の種類、プラットフォームが提供する場合は広告識別子などの端末情報をGoogleの広告ポリシーに従って処理することがあります。Keptは健康記録を広告SDKに渡さず、アプリのトラッキング許可も求めません。法規制が求める地域では初回起動時に同意画面を表示し、「その他」から選択を変更できます。Kept Proに広告は表示されません。

書き出しと復元

PDFとJSONバックアップは端末内で作成し、共有先を選択した場合にのみ送信します。キャンセルを含め共有画面を閉じると一時ファイルを削除します。復元はファイルを選択し、プロフィール・記録・設定の置き換えを確認してから実行します。読み込んだ一時コピーは削除しますが、元のファイルは削除しません。

消去

チェックインの項目、日ごとの記録、投与記録を削除できます。「すべて消去」ではプロフィール・記録・設定・一時書き出しファイルを消去します。外部に保存・共有したコピー、端末バックアップ、キーチェーンの体験開始情報は削除せず、AppleまたはGoogle Playの購読も解約しません。外部コピーの削除と購読の解約はご自身で管理してください。

インサイト

「今日」画面に短い記事カードが表示されることがあります。記事はアプリに同梱されており、1日1回このサイトの静的ファイルから最新の一覧を取得することがあります。この取得にアカウント、識別子、健康記録は付きません。入力内容はアップロードされません。

通知と健康情報

通知は許可された場合に端末内で予約し、端末の設定によりロック画面に表示されることがあります。プッシュサーバーはありません。Keptは用量や治療計画を処方しません。推移のルールと参考モデルは臨床的に検証された医療判断ではありません。主治医の指示に従ってください。
